In Japan, there’s a fleeting period during spring when the sakura (cherry) blossoms are in full bloom. It’s more metallic on the palate, with a steelier, drier mouthfeel, which made it the closest of the three to the traditional London dry style for me. Hibiscus, rose and pink grapefruit join the eponymous florals, with juniper spiciness running along throughout.
